The Old Mill Corporate Center is located on a large corner site, surrounded by major highways with expansive views of both the Wasatch Mountains and the Salt Lake Valley. This 160,000 square foot office building presents a long sweeping horizontal facade that reflects the adjacent vehicular movement while maximizing views from within the building and defining the edges of a circular parking lot screened from the street side by the building itself. At the center of the building, a top floor executive level with an upward angled overhanging roof provides wrap-around views and overlooks a three-story sky-lit atrium with a cascading water feature. As a corporate headquarters facility, the building also includes underground parking, a full service employee dining room with adjacent terrace, a computer room, a fitness center, a product display showroom, an executive level deck, and extensive executive level custom finishing.
