— OVERVIEW
UTAH'S FIRST LIFE PLAN COMMUNITY — AND A NEW STANDARD FOR WHAT CARE CAN FEEL LIKE.
Meadow Peak brought something to Utah the state hadn’t seen before: a complete continuum of care under one roof. As the centerpiece of Summit Vista, Utah’s first life plan community, the facility brings assisted living, memory care, skilled nursing, and rehabilitative care together in a single, cohesive environment. Babcock Design, in association with TSA, shaped the building around one central understanding: residents’ needs evolve over time, and the architecture should evolve with them.
The care program meets residents wherever they are in their journey. Fifty-four assisted living apartments offer studio, one-bedroom, and two-bedroom configurations, while twenty advanced memory care suites provide a secure, supportive setting for those who need more specialized attention. Seventy-five skilled nursing beds, in a mix of private and semi-private suites, complete a program that allows residents to remain in one familiar community as their needs change.
The result sets a new standard for senior care in Utah, not only in what it provides, but in how it feels to live there.
