PROJECT NAME
South Jordan City Hall Remodel
LOCATION
South Jordan, UT
SQUARE FOOTAGE
20,000
—  OVERVIEW

Babcock Design was the original architect of South Jordan City Hall. When the city needed a remodel to address its growth and functional needs, it hired Babcock Design for a 20,000-square-foot interior remodel.

South Jordan City Hall is a 56,000-square-foot building housing all central city departments, excluding the Fire Department. The building contains a 120-seat council chamber and a courtroom that can accommodate proceedings day or night. The City Hall is the crowning jewel in a “new urbanism” village center that features a public plaza and retail promenade, also planned and designed by Babcock Design.
