Veranda Senior Living at Century Farms is a single-story community designed to be highly functional while maintaining an at-home feel. Its 76 units include 35 assisted living apartments and 27 memory care units, along with 14 flex units that can serve either level of care, allowing the community to adapt as residents’ needs change over time.

Babcock Design made the most of every square foot through multi-functional spaces. The chapel, for example, also serves as the library and a place for family gatherings. Amenities support an active, connected daily life, including a full-service salon, a workout area, and a putting green. The memory care courtyard gives residents the freedom to move throughout the space without feeling confined, offering both security and a sense of independence.

As part of the final phase of the Paramount Development, Veranda was designed with a clear goal: keeping families together through every stage of life.
