Eight or more years of professional experience. A bachelor's degree in interior design. Licensure preferred but not required.

- Contribute to conceptual design and support the development of creative, functional interior environments
- Lead the technical development of interior projects, ensuring alignment with design intent and project goals
- Prepare and oversee detailed drawings, specifications, documentation, and presentations
- Research and select materials and finishes in line with project vision and budget
- Represent interior design in project meetings and client presentations
- Mentor junior designers and interns
- Ensure compliance with building codes, ADA requirements, and industry standards
- Lead client presentations and maintain strong client relationships
