The Junction is the crucial element in the revitalization of Historic Downtown Ogden. Babcock Design worked with the City of Ogden and The Boyer Company for many years to Master Plan this two-block area in the heart of downtown. The mixed-use nature of the project creates a vibrant, walkable downtown, bringing commerce and activity back to downtown. The plan brings together major entertainment, recreation, office, retail and restaurant venues along the charming streetscape of Keisel Avenue. Residential units line the upper stories along Keisel, further encouraging activity and vitality. The project also features a cluster of restaurants open to a shared courtyard for seasonal gatherings and outdoor dining. Along with the master planning, Babcock designed most of the buildings that house the project's retail/restaurant, office and residential spaces.
