— OVERVIEW
Mo’ Bettahs Hawaiian Style built a loyal Utah following on something simple and hard to fake: food that’s genuinely true to Hawaiian culture. When it came time to translate that authenticity into a physical space, Babcock Design worked closely with the owners to understand their vision and what the brand meant to the people behind it. The result feels less like a designed restaurant and more like a place that actually exists somewhere — surfboards, tin roofing, the state flag, and raw materials that put you on the islands without trying too hard. The colors, textures, and details all serve the same idea the brand was founded on: walk in, and eat like a local.
