Danielle has over 30 years of experience in architecture - developing everything from proposal layout and corporate branding to design standards and large-scale experience graphics - bringing an impressive strength to our team.

Ricky has been in architecture for 15 years, working on a wide range of projects but focusing in recent years on education and civic work. He strives to help clients understand their needs and work with them to develop solutions to problems they didn't even know they had. 

Stephanie has been the Controller at Babcock Design since 1999. She oversees financial and business management and directs the human resources department. With over thirty years of experience in accounting and business management, her role in a thriving company highlights her professional successes. She believes that finishing a project is equally thrilling, whether you are the architect or the accountant.

Amy is an enthusiastic problem solver seeking opportunities to build and stretch her creative and technical limits. Currently, she is working with one of Babcock Design's most robust clients, making this attention to detail even more critical to keep repeat business opportunities at the forefront.

Amy is a passionate designer who blends a program's requirements with innovative, thoughtful solutions. She loves incorporating biophilia, a design concept that creates a sense of wellness for users.

Exotic lands inform Carmine through beauty, order, meaning and connection to the community. As the son of immigrants from Italy, Carmine has an innate passion for the diversity found from one culture to another and how the built environment is reflected within them. To feed that passion, he has joined design teams to design and build schools, homes and hospitals in Honduras, Africa and the Philippines.

Born and raised in South Louisiana, Cullen's extensive work history has taken him all over the USA, including professional settings in Salt Lake City, Houston, and Pittsburgh and industrial settings in Wyoming, Louisiana and the Gulf of Mexico. 

David wears many hats and is a problem solver at heart. He enjoys working in a collaborative environment that fosters creative solutions to the complex world designers live in.

Diana is the glue that holds everything together at Babcock Design. Not only does she manage everything that comes through the front door, but she also provides administrative support to all the architects in the office. She plays a crucial role in ensuring Babcock Design operates efficiently and seamlessly.

A thirst for knowledge is a core tenet of what Ian strives for daily: an unquenchable desire to learn, do, and be better. This drive compels him to delve deeply into all his work, seeking efficiencies and the best possible solutions for every aspect of any project.

Jamin's passion for the technical realities of projects and the details that drive them motivates him to see the completion of high-quality architecture. The beauties of the Utah landscape, combined with site plan work, have created a love for architectural landscapes in him. He brings various experiences to Babcock Design, but his focus is on food service and the retail development sectors.

Katie leads design efforts from initial concept through schematic development, ensuring every project is executed with precision and creativity.  Her passion for design extends beyond the professional realm; she and her husband designed and built their A-frame home near Yellowstone National Park.

Kyra graduated Cum Laude from Weber State University with a dual degree in Interior Design and Professional Sales. With over a decade of experience, she’s known for delivering exceptional design solutions through hard work and expertise. Her architecture and furniture manufacturing background gives her a solid understanding of design from concept to execution.

 Self-taught in AutoCAD and Revit, Scott has over 20 years of experience in the architectural field. He also spent 12 years as an architectural drafting teacher at the high school level. His knowledge of all things drafting gives Babcock Design a valuable resource.

ShaeLee has been passionate about architecture from a young age, trading cartoons for HGTV to explore the creative possibilities of design. Today, she plays a pivotal role on Babcock Design's restaurant and retail team, bringing enthusiasm and a mindset dedicated to continuous learning to every project. Her commitment to collaboration and ability to approach challenges with innovative solutions have made her an integral part of the firm’s continued success.

Shawn approaches design as an opportunity to communicate a brand's identity and narrative. He excels at navigating the complexities of translating these ideas into design solutions that define and elevate a client’s space.

Wei’s passion for architecture began when he first saw his dad, a contractor, studying blueprints. He enjoys the building and construction process and believes it is a dream come true to see his drawings come to life. 

Wendy is Babcock Design's billing specialist. With a strong desire to provide quality customer service, she keeps clients informed about the progress and phasing of projects.

Andrew is an enthusiastic designer specializing in crafting responsive public environments.

With 29 years of experience in various stages of development across multiple multifamily projects, Jamie supports his process with technical expertise acquired through extensive practice and collaboration with others.

Missy serves as the Billing Director for Babcock Design and the Office Manager at its Boise location. She is highly competent, motivated, and enthusiastic, with a proven ability to generate innovative ideas and solutions. Missy is responsible for all levels of administrative duties, billing, and project-based assistance, and she also provides support during the construction administration phase.

Valerie is very creative and drawn to helping people, so architecture is a natural fit. Valerie has gravitated toward the sociological, psychological, and cultural effects of the built environment.

Macey is a passionate and motivated designer who creates designs tailored to client needs. With a keen eye for detail, she brings creativity, technical proficiency, and innovation through all project phases in collaboration with her team. Skilled in utilizing design software and visualization tools, Macey can translate client visions into tangible, intentional spaces.

Mary is a Senior Interior Designer at Babcock Design in Boise. She develops design concepts and contract documents to meet project needs and creates presentations showcasing finishes, furnishings, and fixtures.
