The Junction is the key element to the revitalization of Historic Downtown Ogden. Babcock Design worked with the City of Ogden and The Boyer Company for many years to Master Plan this two-block area in the heart of downtown. The mixed-use nature of the project creates a vibrant, walkable downtown bringing commerce and activity back to downtown. The plan brings together major entertainment, recreation, office, retail and restaurant venues together along the charming streetscape of Keisel Avenue. Residential units line the upper stories along Keisel further encouraging activity and vitality. The project also features a cluster of restaurants that open to a common courtyard for seasonal gatherings and outdoor dining. Along with the master planning, Babcock designed the majority of the buildings that house the retail/restaurant, office and residential spaces in the project.
