—  OVERVIEW

The West Jordan Master Plan: A Vision for Growth and Connectivity
The West Jordan master plan spans 844 acres of undeveloped land in southwest Salt Lake Valley, near the growing Mountain View Corridor. Positioned at the intersection of New Bingham Highway, Mountain View Highway, and Bacchus Highway, the site offers excellent transportation access.

The plan balances land use, with 500 acres for industrial development—ideal for logistics and manufacturing—250 acres for residential neighborhoods, and the rest for offices, commercial zones, and parks. Open space buffers separate industrial, residential, and commercial areas, supporting sustainable drainage and connecting a trail network for recreation.

Focused on thoughtful growth, the West Jordan master plan combines strategic design and sustainability, creating a space that meets the needs of businesses and residents alike.
