Senior Associate

Tucker is a Senior Associate at Babcock Design with 30 years in the industry. He works across a diverse range of projects, with a particular focus on retail and multifamily since Covid reshaped both sectors. What he finds most rewarding is the iteration itself — watching a design come to life and then folding the lessons from each project into the next one, so every building benefits from everything the last one taught him. Outside of work, Tucker volunteers as a ski instructor with an Adaptive Snow sport School, helping students with disabilities experience a kind of freedom they don't always have access to in everyday life — which suggests the instinct to build something other people can move through doesn't really clock out at the office door.
