Wei is an Architectural Associate at Babcock Design with 9 years of experience across office buildings, industrial warehouses, multifamily, and public projects including fire stations and correctional facilities — a range that has given him a broad understanding of how different building types are put together. What drives him is the moment a building comes alive: watching something that existed only on paper become a real, functioning space. Outside of work, he works on trucks, takes them off-roading, and then does it all over again. The process of building something, pushing it to its limits, and starting fresh apparently never gets old.
