Lou is a Principal at Babcock Design with 30 years of experience in the industry, leading marketing and business development, staff development, and project management across the firm. He oversees the retail and restaurant project sector and brings a relationship-driven approach to everything he does — one grounded in genuine connection and a deep satisfaction in delivering solutions that actually work. For Lou, the most rewarding part of the work is simple: a real solution to a real challenge. Outside of work, he stays active through mountain biking, fly fishing, and pickleball — and puts family above everything else.
