McKayla is Babcock Design's Marketing Coordinator, bringing fresh energy and a strategic eye to the firm's growing marketing function. In her first year with the firm she has been building the foundation of Babcock's digital presence — developing content strategy, managing social media, supporting business development, and creating the systems that will carry the firm's brand forward. She is drawn to the intersection of design and communication, and to the opportunity to tell the story of work that genuinely serves communities. Outside of work, she loves international travel, a glass of Spanish wine on the beach, and time spent in nature.
