Valerie Mitchell holds a degree in architecture and brings 9 years of experience to her role at Babcock Design. She works across multifamily and retail projects and is drawn to the impact that thoughtful design can have on the evolving landscape of cities — the way architecture shapes how communities grow, function, and feel over time. An active member of Women in Architecture, Valerie brings both technical depth and a genuine appreciation for the broader role of design in urban life. Outside of work, she's happiest outdoors — hiking, backpacking, and exploring wherever the next trip takes her.
