TJ is a Senior Principal and CFO at Babcock Design with 30 years of experience in the industry. His project experience spans multifamily, retail, industrial, office, and mixed-use developments. TJ is energized by the early stages of a project — getting things up and running — and by the client relationships that develop and deepen over the course of an engagement. He brings both strategic vision and sharp financial instincts to his leadership role at the firm. Outside of work, he's most at home with his family and outdoors — mountain biking, motorcycling, pickleball, and skiing.
