Sol Agave brought its California reputation to Salt Lake City with one expectation: a space as authentic as the food. The design answers that with materials and details rooted in coastal Mexico — plastered walls, distinctive wood finishes, earthy tones punctuated by refreshing blues, and elaborate lighting that catches the eye from the street and stirs curiosity long after dark. Floor-to-ceiling glazing puts the energy of the dining room on display for passing pedestrians, while visible interior walls become a canvas for brand storytelling. The program extends well beyond the dining room: an inviting front patio with a fire pit, a fully enclosed year-round west patio, and an attention-grabbing bar with a large overhead door that unifies indoor and outdoor in a single gesture. Various seating configurations accommodate every occasion, from a quiet dinner to a celebration that fills the room. Sol Agave is less a restaurant than a gathering place — and the design knows it.
