Draper Peaks was designed at a time when Draper was still finding its footing — and helped define what the community would become. The 145,000-square-foot retail center spreads across nine buildings oriented around a central linear plaza, anchored by articulated trellis work and a large stone water feature that give the development a genuine sense of place. Varied storefronts and elevations draw from new urbanism principles, creating a walkable, pedestrian-scale street experience that feels more like a main street than a shopping center. Anchored by Kohl's and surrounded by a rapidly growing community, Draper Peaks became the centerpiece it was designed to be.
