South Jordan Fire Station 64, Admin Building & Police Substation

PROJECT NAME
South Jordan Fire Station 64, Admin Building & Police Substation
LOCATION
South Jordan, Utah
SQUARE FOOTAGE
32,000 sf
  OVERVIEW

Two functions. One civic statement.

South Jordan's unique east-west geography created a need for civic infrastructure at the city's western edge. Located within the Daybreak development at Lake Avenue and Mountain View Corridor, the combined fire station and police substation serves as a civic anchor for a pedestrian-oriented urban streetscape.

The 32,000-square-foot fire station accommodates two fire companies, with a four-bay apparatus, fire administration, and full living quarters. The adjacent city administration and police substation houses a large community and training space, offices, meeting rooms, and evidence processing.
