The design consolidated Clearwater's previously scattered locations into a single, cohesive headquarters, with a workplace program built around attracting and retaining top talent: beta bars, outdoor patios, shower rooms, a basketball court, and break rooms that make the building feel less like an office and more like somewhere people choose to be. The result is a building that holds its own on the Boise skyline while earning its place at street level.
