  OVERVIEW

THE TALLEST BUILDING IN IDAHO — AND A FLAGSHIP FOR DOWNTOWN BOISE.

8th & Main stands as the tallest building in Idaho — a 17-story tower that anchors the intersection of Boise's financial and entertainment districts and serves as the flagship for Zions Bank in the state.

At 268,000 square feet, the building houses office and retail space across its full height, with three levels of parking below and 180 stalls. Anchor tenants include Holland and Hart and Ruth's Chris Steakhouse, while a second-level mezzanine — connected to the street by escalator — draws visitors up into two additional restaurants overlooking the energy of the corner below.

At the top, the Idaho Room offers panoramic views across the state capitol and the mountains to the north — available for private lease and one of the most distinctive event spaces in the region.
