A FACILITY BUILT FOR
PROFESSIONAL PLAY AND
COMMUNITY USE.
Franklin Discovery Academy was built around a belief that every child has boundless potential — and the design takes that seriously. The 45,000-square-foot K-6 charter school in Vineyard pairs a restrained exterior of stucco and masonry with a bright, dynamic interior that signals the difference the moment you walk in. Spacious classrooms and open STEM learning areas support the school's mastery-based blended learning curriculum, while interior play zones — including a slide — make the building as physically engaging as it is academically rigorous. The school's commitment to Create, Learn, Play, and Inspire isn't just a motto; it's embedded in every space. Since completing the original building in 2016, Babcock has maintained an ongoing partnership with Franklin Discovery Academy through two classroom additions and a new Early Learning Center focused on preschool and kindergarten — a relationship that reflects the kind of long-term client investment that defines how Babcock works.
