TWO SITES, ONE VISION, AND A PLANNING FRAMEWORK BUILT TO LAST.



The View 72 and View 78/Jordan Bluffs master plans represent Babcock's long-term partnership in shaping two significant Midvale development sites along the I-15 corridor. At 72nd South, the plan optimizes a retail and office mixed-use district with pedestrian-friendly connections and direct light rail access. At 78th South, a more complex program integrates office, multifamily, and industrial uses — including data centers — into a cohesive development framework. Across both sites, the work encompassed density and massing studies, view corridor preservation, cross-parking strategies, streetscape and thematic design guidelines, and coordination with Midvale City requirements. The result is a planning framework built to guide development that performs at every scale.
