— OVERVIEW
282 BEDS, ONE BLOCK FROM BOISE STATE, AND A COFFEE SHOP DOWNSTAIRS.
The Osprey puts 282 beds less than a block from Boise State University — close enough that a car becomes optional and campus life becomes an extension of home. Four levels of student housing sit above a multifunctional podium that integrates covered parking, a coffee shop, leasing office, and flexible amenity spaces that spill onto the streetscape and invite pedestrian engagement. Above, 91 suites in a mix of two, three, and four-bedroom configurations wrap around a 5,522-square-foot open-air courtyard with landscaped seating, activity zones, and a fitness center that overlooks it all. The result is a development that understands what students actually need — proximity, community, and a place that feels like more than just a place to sleep.
