Firelight Master Plan

PROJECT NAME
Firelight Master Plan
LOCATION
Toquerville, UT
SQUARE FOOTAGE
  OVERVIEW

A COMMUNITY WHERE ZION NATIONAL PARK IS THE BACKYARD.

Firelight is a community built around one of the most extraordinary settings in the American West. Adjacent to Zion National Park, the master plan weaves together residential, retail, and recreation in a way that treats the surrounding landscape as the primary amenity — not an afterthought. Interconnected pathways connect downtown shops, cafes, and boutiques to neighborhoods, parks, and nature. Housing ranges from townhomes and mixed-use live-work spaces to guesthouses and a vintage trailer park that leans into the spirit of the place. An observatory, vineyard, amphitheater, and community gardens round out a community that offers something genuinely uncommon: the infrastructure of modern living, set against the backdrop of Zion.
