  OVERVIEW

475,000 SQUARE FEET ENGINEERED TO MOVE THE MOUNTAIN WEST'S PACKAGES.

The FedEx Distribution Center in Salt Lake City is a 475,000-square-foot cross-dock hub and a critical node in package delivery across the Mountain West. Every element of the facility is engineered around a single priority: moving volume, fast. One hundred ninety dock positions, 168 interior van positions, and a 36-foot clear height give operations the space and access they need to perform at FedEx's pace. A fully automated warehouse and 20,000 square feet of office support keep the facility running without friction, while a CO2-monitored exhaust system reflects the long-term operational and sustainability thinking behind the project. It's infrastructure at its most purposeful — advanced technology and functional design working in complete alignment.
