  OVERVIEW

475,000 SQUARE FEET ENGINEERED FOR PRECISION AT SCALE.

The FedEx Distribution Center in Salt Lake City is a 475,000 square foot cross-dock hub and a critical node in package delivery across the Mountain West region. Every element of the facility is designed around efficiency — 190 dock positions, 168 interior van positions, and a 36-foot clear height that gives operations the room they need to move fast and move volume.

A fully automated warehouse paired with 20,000 square feet of office support space keeps the facility running at the pace FedEx demands. A CO2-monitored exhaust system adds a layer of operational sustainability and safety that reflects the long-term thinking behind the project.
This is infrastructure at its most purposeful — advanced technology and functional design working together to meet evolving logistical needs without compromise.
