Clif Bar's first wholly owned baking facility is as much a mission statement as it is a manufacturing plant. The 267,000-square-foot organic factory in Twin Falls was designed around the company's Five Aspirations — sustaining people, community, business, brand, and planet — translating values that typically live in a brand handbook into physical space. Biophilic design principles run throughout: locally sourced recycled materials, abundant natural light, and uninterrupted views of the surrounding landscape give 250 employees a genuine connection to their environment while they work. Every space was tailored to its function through close collaboration with Clif Bar's staff, with furnishings that balance utility and creativity at every turn. The result is a food manufacturing facility that sets a new standard for what the category can be.
