  OVERVIEW

A FACILITY BUILT FOR
PROFESSIONAL PLAY AND
COMMUNITY USE.

Meadow Peak at Summit Vista represents something Utah hadn't seen before — a complete continuum of care under one roof, designed to meet residents wherever they are in their journey. The 150,000-square-foot facility serves as the centerpiece of Summit Vista, Utah's first life plan community, integrating assisted living, memory care, skilled nursing, and rehabilitative care in a single, cohesive environment. Fifty-four assisted living apartments offer a range of studio, one-bedroom, and two-bedroom configurations. Twenty advanced memory care suites, 75 skilled nursing beds, and a mix of private and semi-private nursing suites complete a care program built around the understanding that needs evolve — and that the architecture should too. It's a facility that sets a new standard not just for what senior care looks like, but for what it can feel like.
