Bluebird Village

Bluebird Village is a 51-unit workforce housing community in Ketchum, Idaho, addressing the region’s need for accessible employee housing. This LIHTC project features one-, two-, and three-bedroom units in two connected buildings with efficient 3-over-1 podium construction and a sky bridge. The ground floor includes 2,000 square feet of commercial space to enhance community engagement.

Residents enjoy modern amenities, including a rooftop terrace with Sawtooth Mountain views, a multi-purpose room for events or remote work, and a fitness center. Sustainability features like rooftop solar panels and green roofs reduce energy use, reflecting a commitment to eco-conscious living.
