Bluebird Village is a 51-unit workforce housing community centrally located in Ketchum, Idaho, addressing the region's critical need for accessible employee housing. The project comprises one-, two-, and three-bedroom units within two interconnected buildings, utilizing compact 3-over-1 podium construction. A sky bridge links the structures, complementing 2,000 square feet of ground-floor commercial space to enhance the urban fabric and foster community engagement.

Designed for modern living, Bluebird Village offers residents panoramic views of the Sawtooth Mountains from a rooftop terrace, a multi-purpose space for events or remote work, and a fitness center supporting active lifestyles. Sustainability elements include rooftop solar panels and green roofs, reducing energy demands and aligning with eco-conscious values to create a lasting impact.
