  OVERVIEW

THE TALLEST BUILDING IN IDAHO — AND A FLAGSHIP FOR DOWNTOWN BOISE.

At the corner of 8th and Main, Boise's tallest building doesn't just mark the intersection of the city's financial and entertainment districts — it defines it. The 17-story tower serves as Zions Bank's Idaho flagship, rising 268,000 square feet of office and retail above three levels of structured parking. Holland & Hart and Ruth's Chris are among the anchor tenants, while a mezzanine level — reached by escalator from the street — pulls visitors up into two additional restaurants that look out over the energy of the corner below. At the top, the Idaho Room opens to panoramic views of the state capitol and the mountains beyond, one of the most singular event spaces in the region.
