Meadow Peak at Summit Vista is a state-of-the-art 150,000 SF facility offering integrated assisted living, memory care, skilled nursing, and rehabilitative care services. As the centerpiece of Summit Vista, Utah’s first life plan community, Meadow Peak represents a significant milestone in delivering a complete continuum of care for its residents.
The facility includes 54 assisted living apartments, thoughtfully designed with 22 studio units, 20 one-bedroom units, and 12 two-bedroom units. Additionally, it features 20 advanced memory care suites, 75 skilled nursing beds, and a combination of 51 private and 12 semi-private skilled nursing suites. This architectural achievement sets a new standard in care, combining innovative design with a comprehensive range of supportive services tailored to meet evolving resident needs.

Pointe Meadows consists of in-house state-of-the-art therapy, skilled nursing, and stay activities for residents. This facility's modern yet homey feel has a large walking path around the building, high ceilings in the lobby and ample natural lighting throughout, creating a vibrant and healthy environment for its users. This hospitality-inspired design has a multi-activity area, a large physical therapy area, a beautiful chapel and a theater for entertainment. The large group dining room provides a comfortable eating experience, and a private dining area will give visitors a pleasant place to visit their loved ones.

These emergency centers are stand-alone emergency care facilities that offer comprehensive emergent evaluation and treatment. The space includes a CT scanner, ultrasound, x-ray, lab services and various exam rooms. This 7,500 SF building is organized on a circulation path that demonstrates the state-of-the-art capacities of the facility. Patient rooms are spacious, with access to ample amounts of daylight. The dramatic roof profiles and volumes of space complement the warm and natural exterior materials.

The facility functions as a medical office and outpatient endoscopy center, integrating clinic services, procedural areas, and administrative workspaces. The building is organized into three primary zones: office support areas, clinical exam spaces, and the endoscopy/ambulatory surgery center. Approximately 11,000 square feet are dedicated to office and staff support functions.

The endoscopy center features four procedure rooms and eight prep/recovery rooms designed to efficiently accommodate patient flow. Administrative offices for physicians, nurses, and support teams are strategically separated from patient care areas to maintain privacy and streamline operations.

The unique design of this single-story senior living facility is functional while maintaining an at-home feel. It comprises 73 resident units, including 38 assisted living and 35 for memory care patients. Features include a full-service salon, workout area, a putting green, and a memory care courtyard that allows residents to move throughout the space without feeling confined. Babcock Design worked with the limited spaces in the building by using multi-functional designs - for example; the chapel is also utilized as the library and family meeting areas. Veranda Senior Living Center is part of the final phase of the Paramount Development, with the goal of keeping families together throughout all stages of life.
