The 80,000 sf Savage Companies World Headquarters building was designed to house both administrative offices and training for this large industrial transportation company. Offering innovative transportation solutions, the Savage Companies required a building that is both functional and expressive of their quest for efficiency and innovation. The four-story facility includes several training rooms, a large common area cafeteria that opens onto an outdoor dining patio, and a glass atrium housing equipment celebrates the early history of this progressive company. Exterior finishes include metal panels, high-efficiency glazing, and black masonry block that resemble coal, one of their chief transportation elements.
LEED SILVER pending.
