The four time Award Winning Nampa Library Square is the redevelopment of an entire city block in downtown Nampa Idaho previously occupied by a vacant bank building, police station, and an under-used park. The 62,000 sf library, 3-story office building, and 300 stall parking structure now anchor the entire block and serve as the new heart of the city. Each building faces a central landscaped public plaza with outdoor dining and fountain that is the new focal point of downtown Nampa.
Nampa Library Square is the recipient of the Idaho Business Review’s 2014 and 2015 Top Projects in the Government category, 1st place for ENR’s (Engineering News-Record) 2015 Mountain States awards and was awarded Best Project of the Year!
Nampa Library has earned a GREEN GLOBE rating of three Globes.
