The 8th & Main Office Tower in downtown Boise is the tallest building in Idaho. This striking 17 story building stands as a flagship for Zions Bank in the region. A second level mezzanine connects to the street by escalator and houses three restaurants that overlook the bustling intersection of Boise’s financial and entertainment districts. The building houses 250,000 sf of office and retail space and includes 3 levels of parking with 180 stalls. The top floor has panoramic views overlooking the state capitol with mountains to the north and is leasable for various functions. The building received LEED Certified. 8th and Main received 2015 First Place for Private Projects over $10M with Idaho Business Review.
