Mandy Ozaki

Interior Design Lead


Mandy earned a M.A. in Interior Design from Washington State University in 2010. She joined Babcock in 2016 where her work encompasses a wide variety of project types including corporate, healthcare, civic, education, retail and hospitality. In addition to her credentials as an interior designer, Mandy brings over 20 years branding-related experience from her previous career. Her approach to design is collaborative and client-centric. She values listening as the cornerstone of understanding, and understanding as the path to making client’s goals a reality. She’s committed to creating thoughtful design solutions that meet unique client needs through the use of evidence-based design research, applied product knowledge, creativity and a high level of service. Mandy is actively involved in the local design community. She’s past board member of the IIDA Northern Pacific Chapter from which she received a Leadership Award in 2016, and past director of IIDA Boise City Center.


Outside work, Mandy enjoys creating, meditating, spending time with family, golf, and the beach.
