JD began working in architecture in 2006 but has loved the profession since Junior High. He began drafting his first year in high school and never stopped. Because of this, he has been the CAD manager in every firm he has worked for, helping to increase their productivity and consistency. Along the way JD has taken on many other responsibilities including to lead draftsman, job captain, graphic artist / renderer, web designer, and IT support. Because of these experiences JD now serves as the production manager which encompasses all of these skills as well as taking on the responsibility of training employees in everything from the proper use of software, to proper construction documentation, to the construction processes. He has helped establish a training program that keeps all of our team up to date. He also works alongside the office manager keeping the production of the projects on track.
