This striking 17 story building stands as a flagship for Zions Bank in the Idaho region. Anchor tenants also include law firm Holland and Hart and Ruth's Chris Steakhouse. A second level mezzanine connected to the street by escalator houses two other restaurants on a mezzanine overlooking the bustling intersection of Boise's financial and entertainment districts. The building houses 268,000 square feet of office and retail space and includes 3 levels of parking, 180 stalls. The top floor, the Idaho Room, has panoramic views overlooking the state capitol with mountains to the north and is available to lease for various functions.
